Harold Lenfesty has worked as a senor executive, CEO and management consultant. His consulting practice is in the areas of strategy formulation, strategic thinking and implementation. Harold practises at the CEO/senior team level helping organizations overcome external and internal issues that get in the way of deployment and implementation. His recent work has included a retail comany, assessment of portfolio companies ability to craft and implement strategy for a private equity firm and board level disputes over strategy.
