Harold Lenfesty, founder of  Upper Canada ADR has over twenty five years experience as a President, Managing Director, CEO and Administrative/Managerial Mediator & Arbitrator

Harold spent 25 years as an employee,  senior executive, President and management shareholder at Deeley/Harley-Davidson,  Canada's exclusive Harley-Davidson importer and distributor.

In 1994 he was asked to leave Canada by Harley-Davidson and join the Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Vice President and Group Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  In 1998 Harold returned to Canada from Europe and joined Anchor Lamina Inc which had been acquired by three leading Canadian private equity firms, first as a director and then CEO and President.

Since leaving industry Harold has been an advisor to individuals, family business, public companies and private equity firms.

Harold Lenfesty is a  director of the SilverHill Institute, Garvey & Willmott Ltd, a family business, and  director the Ontario Division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Harold Lenfesty is a former Chair and director of i3 Advisors Inc; prior to the sale of the company to Bank New York Mellon,  Chairman of EOC Normalien GMBH of Ludenschied Germany and Chairman and Director of the Motorcycle & Moped Industry Council of Canada.

    Education & Training

Harold Lenfesty holds a C.I.M. (Certified Industrial Manager) designation and a Master of Environmental Studies degree (Management in Turbulent Environments) from York University in Toronto.  He completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School Toronto in 2011.

Family law, mediation and arbitration training was through Dr. Barbara Landau  Ph.D.;LL.B; LL.M; the noted psychologist, lawyer and mediator and her colleague, Lorne Wolfson LL.B; LL.M.

Harold has attended the Harvard Business School/Young Presidents Seminar and the Penn State Executive Management Programs. Harold is an Outward Bound alumni and former spokesperson for the organization.
